If you wish to proceed with the rental of a property, each adult will need to complete a series of application forms and provide certain personal and financial information and documents as detailed in our Tenant Renting Guide.
Similar to the process for securing a personal loan or mortgage, the process will involve contacting your landlord, employer and or accountant to verify information provided in your application and the performance of independent credit checks (which may impact on your credit rating score). Before proceeding you should also be aware that in order to comply with the provisions of the Immigration Act 2014 and Right To Rent; we require all applicants to demonstrate that they are either British citizens, have settled status or have leave to remain in the UK, before we can accept any application.
We provide high quality single family homes, and do not accept sharers (two or more households, families, or groups of friends). Most Council Licensing Schemes will only permit a maximum of four adults and up to four children to reside at a single household property. Where three or more adults intend to share a property, we may ask for documentary evidence of relationship in the form of birth or marriage certificates to confirm that you are a single household / family (as part of Licensing Conditions).
